The Bulk New Load feature in Datatruck allows you to upload multiple rate confirmations (rate-cons) at once, making it easy to create multiple loads in a few clicks.

Step 1: Go to All Loads

1. From the left sidebar, select Load Management > All Loads.

2. Click the + New Load button at the top right corner.

3. From the dropdown, select Bulk New Load.
   
   

Step 2: Select the MC Number

• In the Bulk new Load with Vision window, choose the MC Number 

• This determines which company profile the loads will be created under.

Step 3: Upload Your Rate Confirmations

• Drag and drop or upload your Rate Confirmation files (in PDF or IMG format).

• You can upload multiple rate-cons at once.
  
  

Step 4: Assign Customers (Optional)

• Once the files are uploaded, select the Customer associated with each rate confirmation if needed.

• This helps ensure correct assignment during load creation.
  
  

Step 5: Finalize and Create Loads

After verifying the details, click Done. You’ll see a success message once the process completes.

 
The system will process the uploaded rate confirmations and create new loads automatically.
