If you want to prevent terminated drivers from showing up when assigning a load, follow these steps:

1. Go to:
   Settings > TMS Customizations > Default Configurations
   
   
   
   

2. Click on the "Load management" tab.

3. Find the setting:
   "Hide Terminated Drivers"

4. Toggle the switch to ON (blue).
    

5. Click “Save Changes” in the top right corner to apply the update.

What This Setting Does:

Previously, the system would show terminated drivers when assigning a load and display a warning message to proceed with caution.

By enabling this setting:

• Terminated drivers will no longer appear in the driver selection list when assigning loads.

• This eliminates the need for manual checks or relying on warning prompts.
