You can customize the Electronic Proof of Delivery (E-POD) in Datatruck by choosing which elements to show or hide. This allows you to generate a cleaner document tailored to your business needs.

Steps to Customize E-POD

1. Go to Settings

   • From your left-hand navigation menu, click Settings.

2. Open Reports Customization

   • Under Settings, select Reports Customization.
     
     
      

3. Select E-POD

   • In the list of customizable reports, choose E-POD.

4. Uncheck Unwanted Elements

   • You’ll see a list of elements that can appear on the E-POD (such as signatures, company details, etc.).

   • Uncheck the boxes next to the elements you don’t want to display.
      
     
      

5. Save Your Changes

   • Click Save to apply your customization.

6. Generate/Regenerate the E-POD
   After saving, generate/regenerate the E-POD to reflect your updated settings.
