What Is Load by Office?
The Load by Office feature restricts load visibility so that dispatchers can only see and manage loads assigned to their specific office. This is useful for companies operating under multiple MCs or with separate dispatch teams, as it prevents dispatchers from one office from accessing or interfering with loads that belong to another office.
Before You Begin
Important: Assign all dispatchers to their respective offices before enabling this feature. If a dispatcher is not assigned to an office at the time the feature is turned on, they will lose access to all their previously created loads. The system does not retroactively assign existing loads to offices.
Step 1: Enable Load by Office
Go to Settings > Default Configurations > Load Management.
Toggle on Load by Office.
Click Save Changes.
Step 2: Create Offices
Go to Settings > MC Numbers > Offices.
Add each office relevant to your company.
Step 3: Assign Dispatchers to an Office
Open the dispatcher's profile.
Select the relevant office from the available options.
Click Submit Information.
Repeat for each dispatcher.
How It Works After Setup
Once enabled and offices are assigned:
Each dispatcher can only view and manage loads that belong to their office.
Loads from other offices are hidden from their view.
This creates a clear separation between offices and prevents cross-office load interference, particularly important when dispatchers operate under different MCs.
