In Datatruck, you can add Other Pay or Deductions directly from a load. These adjustments allow you to assign bonuses, reimbursements, or penalties that will automatically appear in the driver’s settlement.

Adding a One-Time Charge

  1. Open the Load

    • From the Load Management , select the load you want to update.

  2. Go to Trips

    • Navigate to the Trips tab inside the load.

  3. Scroll to Expenses

    • In the Driver Expenses section, click on One Time Charges.

  4. Add One-Time Charge

    • Click + Add one time charges.

    • Select either:

      • Other Pay → for bonuses, reimbursements, or extra payments.

      • Deduction → for fines, advances, or repayment adjustments.

  5. Enter Details

    • Fill in the type, amount, and any notes.

    • Save the entry.

    • It'll be created just like that.

How It Reflects on Driver Settlements

  • Once the one-time charge is added, it will automatically flow into the driver’s settlement.

  • If you selected Other Pay, it will appear under the Other Pay section.

  • If you selected Deduction, it will appear under the Deductions section.
