If a load was mistakenly booked under the wrong MC number, you can update it by following the steps below, as long as the load has not been invoiced.

Steps to Edit Load MC Number:

1. Open the Load
   Go to the load that was booked under the incorrect MC.
    

2. Click the Edit Load Button
    Use the either of the Edit button.
   
   
    
    

3. Locate the Load Info Section
   Find the Load Info section where the MC number is displayed and add the correct MC.
   
   
    

4.  Save the Load
   Click Save Load to apply your changes.
   
   

Note: You can only change the MC number until the load reaches the 'Invoiced' status. Once invoiced, this field becomes locked for editing.
