Managing Fuel Card-Only Transactions in the System

When integrating a fuel provider with Datatruck, it's important to control which fuel transactions are imported into your system. By default, all fuel transactions linked to your fuel account, even for cards not created in Datatruck, may be pulled in after integration. If you’re okay with importing all transactions, that’s perfectly fine. However, if you prefer to only receive transactions for the fuel cards created within Datatruck, you can enable a specific setting to filter them accordingly.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to Settings

From your Datatruck dashboard, click on Settings in the left-hand menu.

2. Open the Integrations

Navigate to Integrations > Fuel to view your connected fuel providers.

3. Edit Your Active Fuel Integration

Click on your active fuel integration to open its configuration settings.

4. Enable “Card Only Transactions”

In the integration settings, find the checkbox labeled “Card Only Transactions.”

Check this box to activate the feature.

5. Click Save

Make sure to click Save to apply your changes.
