Step 1: Access the Load and Navigate to the Trips Section

Although, the drivers can put in time whenever they checked in and checked out on mobile app, here's a desktop version.

Firstly, go to the Load Management and then open the load you want to change the check in and check out time for by clicking on the load ID.

You’ll come across the Trips section. You can either click that or the Trips next to the Load Info.
Also, take note of the Appointment Date, which includes strict date and time details.

Step 2: Editing the Check In/Check Out Timings

Now, you’ll see the check in and check out listed. Please click on the edit/pen icon to edit out the timings.

Step 3: Choose a Method

You can either type in the time or you can choose it from the clock shown.

Step 4: Save the Updated Time

Kindly, follow the same procedure to change the check out timings as well.

Step 5: Verify Changes in the Stops Info Section
If you want to make sure whether the changes were saved or not, you can head back to the load info. Scroll down a bit and just below the trips, there is going to be a section dedicated by the name of “Stops Info”. Here you can see if the pick up or the delivery were on time or not. Since the check in time was later than the appointment time, we can see the “Late” word on the On time pickup, and the On time delivery stays “On time”.
