Whenever you have dispatched your driver, you can also set an ETA for the pick up and for delivery.

Step 1: While you have your load opened, please go to upper right corner of the screen to see an option “Set ETA”

Step 2: There are two ways you can set an ETA, either by automatic or custom. Also, you’ll see an option of manual and integrations from the drop down. If the driver begins the trip from any other place than their last delivery location, the current location can be changed manually.

Step 3: Now the Manual selection also means that it will only counter the distance from pick up to the drop off location and won’t counter the speed.
The Integration selection will mean that it will calculate on the basis of the telematics, so it won’t only give you an ETA based on the distance only but the speed as well.

Step 4:

- By selecting automatic, it will counts the distance from the driver's Last Delivery location to First Pick Up site.

- By selecting custom, same features apply for the current location in automatic mode, however, you will be able to see ETA to any stop location according your choice: whether Pick up or Delivery location.

Step 5: Please click Calculate Preview, so it will show the ETA for delivery, in regards to miles and if the pick up was on time. Also click on Automatic ETA calculations so after every 15 minutes you can get an update on how far is the driver. Click on Set ETA to save.

Step 6: If you’ll please scroll down the load info, you’ll see the ETA that you set for this load.
