There are two ways to import Amazon Relay loads into datatruck System.
Method 1: Exporting and Uploading CSV File
-
Export Load Information from Amazon Relay:
-
Perform an advanced search on your Amazon Relay account to find the specific load information you want to transfer.
-
Once located, export the information as a .csv file.
-

2. Upload CSV File to DataTruck:
-
Log in to your DataTruck account.
-
Navigate to "Load Management" and choose "Create Load."
-
Under "Other Methods," select "Upload CSV File."

3. Select and Upload File:
-
Choose the previously exported .csv file from your local device.
-
Click "Done" to initiate the upload process.
4. Verify Load Transfer:
-
Confirm that the load information from Amazon Relay is now available in your DataTruck account.

It does not harm or interfere with the safety and security regulations of your Amazon account.
-
The extension and CSV upload methods only copy load information already booked on Amazon Relay and send a duplicate to the DataTruck database.
-
Ensure that your DataTruck extension is regularly updated for optimal performance.
