The flagging feature in Datatruck TMS helps improve communication and ensures important load issues are highlighted. Flagging can be done both manually and automatically.

Manual Flagging

1. Open the load where you want to add a flag.
   
   
   
   

2. Select the flagging reason.
   
   

3. Once added, the load will be flagged and the Shipment ID will turn red, indicating an alert.
   
   
   
   

4. You can also remove the flag anytime using the remove flag button.
   
    

5. It will also show within the load.
   
   

This feature ensures that both dispatchers and managers stay informed about issues, reducing errors and improving workflow efficiency.
