For better visibility and control over loads, it is highly recommended to assign a dispatcher to newly created loads. There are two methods. The first is to assign a dispatcher from the load creation page. The second is use “Bulk action” button at load management dashboard.

Method-1

• Select loads to assign dispatchers from Loads management’s dashboard

• Select the dispatcher from drop-down menu of “Bulk Actions” at the top right corner

• From the pop-up bar select if one dispatcher needs to be assigned to all selected loads. Another option is to assign different dispatchers to each load

• Once saved, assigned dispatchers should appear at the load management dashboard

Method - 2

• Select the “Load ID” from the load management dashboard to access the specific load which will take you to a separate web page

• Select desired dispatcher from drop-down option next to “Commission” at top right corner
