Sometimes, brokers ask to move trailer and for that reason, drivers do not get paper proof of delivery. However, our system based on that broker might require uploading Proof of delivery like shown below.

In those cases, please follow the below instructions:

1) Create e-POD (electronic Proof of delivery generated by Datatruck system)

Go to the documents tab or scroll down load view to documents and press Proof of Delivery document and press Create e-Proof of delivery

Then our system will generate electronic POD for the load:

2) Upload empty trailer drop off pictures

Second way of empty trailer load is to upload drop of photos of empty trailer. Our system will automatically generate pdf proof of delivery and this will be part of invoice package to be sent to the broker
