Datatruck offers a fast and efficient way to read and upload Rate Confirmations directly into Load Management using the Datatruck Chrome Extension. This tool saves time by automatically extracting data from your Rate Confirmation PDF and creating a load in your account.

Step 1: Install the Datatruck Extension

1. Open the Chrome Web Store (or your browser’s extension store).

2. Search for “Datatruck”.

3. Click Add to Chrome (or Install) to add the extension.
   
   

Step 2: Set Up the Extension

1. Click on the Datatruck Extension icon in your browser toolbar.

2. Enter your Datatruck profile credentials in the designated fields.
   
   

Step 3: Upload a Rate Confirmation from Email

1. Open the email containing the Rate Confirmation PDF.

2. Select the file and click on the Datatruck Extension icon.

3. The extension will automatically read and process the PDF.

4. Review the previewed data to confirm that all load details are accurate.
   
   
    

Step 4: Send to Datatruck

1. In the lower-right corner of the extension, click Send to Datatruck.

2. Add the Customer and MC Number.

3. Once submitted, the system will create a new load in Load Management using the extracted details.
