Once a load is cancelled and moved to Archive, it disappears from your active loads view. To see its details again, you first need to pull it out of Archive.

How to View an Archived Load

1. Click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner and select Archived Loads.
   
   
    

2. Find the load you want to view by filtering by the load ID.

How to Unarchive a Load

If you want to restore a load as an active load, not just view it,  follow the same steps above to remove it from Archive:

1. Go to Archived Loads from the three-dot menu.

2. Select the load and choose Remove from Archive.
