Step 1: Open Your Desired Load:

• Please navigate to Load Management.

• Open your desired load by clicking on the Load ID.

Step 2: Assign Dispatcher To A Load:

• From the top-right corner, click on the drop-down next to Commission to assign a dispatcher.

• Please do this only if you haven't already assigned a dispatcher to your load.

Step 3: Assigning Multiple Dispatchers To The Same Load:

• From within the load, please click on Trips.
  ​

  

   

• Under the Expenses section, please click on Dispatcher Salary.

• Next, please click on "+ Add Other Dispatcher" to add multiple dispatchers to your load. Make sure that you hit "Save" after choosing your desired dispatcher.

• Lastly, make sure that you have set the payment tariffs for your dispatcher. To setup a payment tariff for your dispatcher, please refer to this article : https://support.datatruck.io/en/articles/10302582-how-to-create-a-new-dispatcher
