   1. Automated Email Updates (6 Stages)
      Keep brokers and customers informed at every step of the journey with automated email updates across 6 load stages: Dispatched, Checked In at Pickup, Checked Out at Pickup, In-Transit, Checked In at Delivery, and Checked Out at Delivery.

      Each stage includes a customizable email template, allowing you to tailor the message content to your business needs. Updates are triggered automatically based on load statuses, ensuring real-time communication without manual effort.

      This feature helps improve transparency, trust, and efficiency while reducing repetitive communication tasks for dispatchers.

   2. POD & BOL AI Verification
      Our AI Updater now automatically validates Proof of Delivery (POD) and Bill of Lading (BOL) documents against the corresponding load details. If mismatches are detected, the system highlights specific failure reasons (e.g., address discrepancies, PO number mismatches), allowing teams to correct errors instantly.
      
      This feature eliminates manual verification, reduces human error, and ensures faster, more accurate load processing.

      Easily manage and track tires across trucks and trailers with detailed tire records. This feature allows you to:

      > Add and assign tires to specific positions on trucks and trailers.

      > Record key tire details such as status (new/used), meter reading (miles), thread depth (inch), and pressure (PSI).

      > Maintain a complete history of tire usage for monitoring wear, performance, and replacements.
