Multi Service connects directly to your account and pulls fuel transactions automatically once the integration is saved.
Before you start
Have these ready:
The MC Number the fuel cards belong to.
A Multi Service API Username and Password. These are login details for Multi Service's fleet API, not your fuel-card portal login. Multi Service creates a Datatruck-specific API user, so the username looks like
DATATRUCKTMS_29036. To get them, contact your Multi Service account rep and ask for API access for Datatruck.Your Customer ID. This is the account number in the Multi Service fuel-card portal, and you can look it up there yourself.
Connect Multi Service
Go to Settings > Integrations > Fuel and click Create.
Pick Multi Service.
On the card layout, click Get started on the Multi Service card.
On the older layout, choose Multi Service in the Company dropdown.
Select the MC Number.
Enter the Username and Password.
Enter the Customer ID.
Click Test connection, then Save.
After you save, transactions start pulling in automatically.
