What is AI Smart Assign?

AI Smart Assign is a smart feature that automatically assigns the correct driver and truck to fuel transactions. It uses the information available in the transaction details to make accurate assignments without manual input.

How it works

The feature analyzes key data points within each fuel transaction to determine the correct assignment:

• Description field parsing
  It extracts relevant details (such as driver or truck identifiers) from the Description column.

• Date-based matching
  It assigns the truck based on the actual transaction date, not the date the transaction was later updated to. This ensures higher accuracy.

• Automatic pairing
  Using the extracted data and system records, it matches the correct driver and truck to each transaction.

How to use AI Smart Assign

Using this feature is simple and requires only a few steps:

1. Go to the Fuel section

2. Select the unassigned transactions
   
   
    

3. Click on Bulk Actions
   
   
    

4. Choose AI Smart Assign

Once selected, the system will automatically assign the appropriate driver and truck to the selected transactions. Then, click Save.



They'll get assigned automatically to these transactions.
