If you're a dispatcher and want to view only the drivers assigned to you in the Planning Board, you can easily filter and organize this using the Grouping option. This helps keep your view focused and efficient.
Here’s how to do it in the Planning Board:

Open the Planning Board
Go to the Planning Board from the main navigation. -
Click on “Grouping”
At the top-right , click on the Grouping button -
Select Your Name
You’ll see a list of dispatchers. Click on the arrow before your name from the list.

View Drivers and Their Loads
Once you click the arrow next to your name, the board will display only the drivers assigned to you along with their loads in a dropdown view and everything neatly grouped in one place.
This setup makes it easy to track load progress, manage schedules, and avoid the need to search through all company drivers manually.
Here’s how to do it in the Dispatch Board:
Go to the Dispatch Board:
Navigate to the Dispatch Board from the main menu.

Click on the "None" Button:
At the top of the board, locate and click the "None" button. -
Select a Dispatcher from the Drop-down:
A drop-down menu will appear. From there, choose the Dispatcher option. -
View Grouped Information:
Once selected, the board will group the data by the dispatcher's name. -
Click on the Dispatcher's Name:
Expand the section by clicking on the dispatcher’s name to view all the drivers assigned to them. The system will now display all relevant information, number of trips, total gross, driver status, dispatch status, truck number and contact information for the drivers under that dispatcher.
