If you’re managing a large fleet, entering fuel card data manually can be time consuming. Datatruck makes it easy to bulk import fuel cards. 

Follow the steps below to upload card numbers in bulk.

Step 1: Navigate to Card Bulk Import

Go to the Integrations> Fuel> Fuel Cards> Card Bulk Import from your workspace. 
 

Step 2: Select Company Information

At the top of the page, you’ll see two dropdown menus:

• MC Number: Choose your company’s MC number.
• Company: Select the fuel provider (e.g., EFS, Comdata, etc.). In this example, it’s EFS.
   

Step 3: Prepare & Upload Your File

Create a CSV file with a single column titled Card Number. This should include all the fuel card numbers you want to import.

Example:

Save the file in CSV format. (Recommended) 

Drag and drop your CSV file into the upload box under Your File or click to browse and select it. 

The system will check your file to ensure it contains the required 'Card Number' field.

Step 5: Click "Submit"

Once your file is uploaded and validated, click the Submit button in the bottom-right corner.

The system will process your file and import the cards into your account under the selected company.
