Fuel and Toll Import from excel file

  1. Access the Import Tool:

    • Step 1: Click to the "Integrations" button in the sidebar menu

  1. Go to the “Transactions” interface:

    • In the “Integrations” interface tap on the “Transaction” tab.

  1. Initiate the Import Process:

    • Step 3: Locate and click on the "Import" button or link. This should open the Excel Import interface.

  1. Upload the Excel File:

    • Step 4: In the Excel Import interface, you will find an option to upload a file. Click on the "Upload" button.

  • Step 5: Select the Excel file from your computer that contains the toll and fuel transaction data.

  1. Review and Map Data:

    • Step 6: After uploading the file, the system will display a preview of the data. Review the data to ensure it is correct.

  • Step 7: Map the columns in the Excel file to the corresponding fields in Datatruck. This step ensures that the data is imported accurately.

  1. Specify the “MC number” and “Company”:

    • Step 8: In the “Confirmation” interface click on the “Mc Number” and “Company” drop down fields to choose mc number and company form the list

Extra: You may also save your own template of “What columns we expect” fields that provides you convenience and rapid interaction

  • Step 9: Also the user can choose which column (the right side) would be parsed as which (the left side).

  1. Confirm and Complete the Import:

    • Step 10: Once you have mapped the data correctly, click on the "Confirm" button to proceed with the import.

  • Step 11: The system will process the file and integrate the data into the platform.

  1. Verify the Imported Data:

    • Step 12: After the import is complete, navigate to the "Transactions" section to verify that the data has been imported correctly. Check for any discrepancies or errors.
