If you're managing multiple MCs within your Datatruck account, it's important to know how to switch between them to ensure you're working under the correct company profile. Datatruck makes it easy to filter and select your MC directly from the platform.

Where to Find the MC Selector

You can find the MC selector at the bottom left corner of the platform, labeled "All Companies."
When clicked, this dropdown will display a list of all MC companies associated with your account.

How to Select an MC

1. Navigate to the bottom left corner of your Datatruck dashboard.
2. Click on the “All Companies” dropdown.
3. Scroll or search for the desired MC company name.
4. Click to select it, Datatruck will update to show data specific to the selected MC.
   
   

Why It Matters

Selecting the correct MC ensures that all your actions, such as integrations, load management, accounting, report generation, and other sections are tied to the right company entity. This is especially important if you're working with multiple MCs under a single Datatruck account to keep things organized. If you'd like to view data across all MC companies, simply select "All Companies" and the platform will display combined information in one place.
