When working with fuel providers, you may need to issue funds to drivers for fuel or other expenses. This can be done using Money Codes or E-Checks, both of which serve the same purpose and follow a similar process in Datatruck.
How to Enable Access to Create Money Codes/E-Checks
To allow a user to create Money Codes or E-Checks, you'll need to enable the correct permissions in the settings. Follow these steps:
-
Go to Setting > Users management> All Users
-
Locate the user you want to grant access to.
-
Double-click the user or click the pen icon in front of Custom Permissions section.
-
Use the filter to search for "Money Code".
-
Once found, apply all 4 permissions (showed in the screenshot attached below).
-
Save the changes.
The user will now have access to create and manage Money Codes/E-Checks in the system.
