Step-by-Step: Sending Load Updates

1. Go to the Load Details Page
   Once a load has been created, navigate to the Load Details screen for that specific load.

2. Click the "Share" Button
   At the top of the screen, you’ll see a Share button. Click on it to open the update sharing options.
   
   
   
   

3. Type Your Update in the Broker Message
   In the message box, type the load update you want to send to your broker—this could be a status change, ETA, driver contact info, or any relevant note.

4. Copy the Message
   After typing your update, click the "Copy Message" button. This will copy the message to your clipboard.

5. Send It to Your Broker
   Paste the copied message into your preferred communication channel, email, chat, or any broker platform, and send it to your broker.
