Managing driver tariffs helps to keep payments accurate. Here’s a quick and simple process to help you quickly access and update driver tariffs.

Step 1: Accessing to Tariff Settings

• Please go to Settings from from dashboard.
• From there, head to Tariffs and Payments.
• Click on Driver Tariff. (This section will contain all the tariff details that have been set for individual drivers)
  
  

Step 2: Select the Relevant Tariff

• Locate the tariff you wish to view or edit. 
• Double click anywhere and this action will open up a screen.
  
  

Step 3: View or Edit the Tariff Details

• After the driver tariff screen opens, it will show the payment tariff assigned to that driver.
• If any changes are required, you can directly edit. 
• If no changes are needed, you can simply exit or proceed to save.

At times, human error can lead to mismatches between the tariff entered in the system and the actual tariff assigned to a driver. By following these steps, you can easily verify and ensure that the correct tariff has been allocated to each driver.
