Datatruck TMS has an attribute called Assign status for drivers. There are 5 Assign status for the drivers:

1. Ready to go

2. Not ready

3. Blocked

4. Warning

Drivers needs to have "Ready to go" assign status for dispatching.

To be "Ready to go" status, there needs to have 4 components:

1) Driver must be created in the system and be active employment

2) Drivers should be assigned to the truck

3) Driver salary information should be input into the accounting section

4) there should not be expiration of the documents

Warning status appears where there is one month due of Commercial Driver Licence expiration period. It gives dispatchers an idea to be careful with booking a load with particular driver.

Blocked status appears when Safety department of the carrier manually puts the driver on hold for some reasons and this way makes driver coaching

"Not ready" status happens when the above mentioned 4 elements are not met and thus dispatchers cannot find the driver while dispatching the load. In other words, it will not be shown during the assigning in "Booked status" loads like here:
