Step 2. Enter new customer details
Enter the personal information of the driver accurately, including their name, surname, birthday, contact number (including Telegram number), and email address. Enter MC Number of the customer (Broker) under Customer ID section.
It is important to understand ticks for Proof of Delivery and Rate confirmations. That means if the customer created load mandates uploading Rate confirmations and proof of delivery.

Step 3. Enter billing information
Enter the billing information of the customer accurately, including billing type, terms days and their billing address. If customer address is the same with billing address click “Copy to Billing Address”.

Double-check all the entered information to ensure its accuracy and completeness. Save the information to create new customer, and it will appear on your CRM list.

It is important to note that adding a new customer to the system is a crucial process that requires attention to detail, especially when setting up the customer’s billing address. By following the above steps and ensuring the accuracy of the entered information, you can successfully add a new customer to the system and manage your CRM list efficiently.
