1. Pickup Time Appointment

Pick up time Appointment is usually referred to scheduled time by the broker, shipper or customer and is usually referenced in rate confirmations. This information can be found in the load stops. Usually, it is the first appointment time or first of the window time

2. Pickup Time Factual

Pickup Factual time is actual driver checked out time in that pickup time and it may vary depending when it is check in or out. This information can be found in the trip section of the load:

It can be edited for whatever reports as well and usually driver statements and other reports can be generated based on this report.

3. Delivery time Appointment

Delivery Appointment Time is usually referred to scheduled time by the broker, shipper or customer and is usually referenced in rate confirmations. This information can be found in the load stops. Usually, it is the first appointment time or last of the window time in the delivery stop:

Delivery Factual time is actual driver checked out time in the last delivery stop and it may vary depending when it is checked in or out. This information can be found in the trip section of the load:

It can be edited for whatever reports as well and usually driver statements and other reports can be generated based on this report. On time delivery or On time pickup time is also taken into account with this Factual time against appointment time.
