There are two dates that are important in Datatruck:
1. Appointment - Scheduled dates from agreement
2. Actual Dates - Checked in/ out dates from the driver.
For driver salary purposes, usually, Actual Pick up time or Delivery time will be taken into consideration. Therefore, there might be some situations when delivery date can be changed from one date to the other.
Also, it is important to understand that the trip should not be in the salary batch to change the date meaning salary billing should be pending:

Here is how to change it now:
Go to the inside of the load:

Appointment date is June 7th but Delivery has been done October 17th and you want to change it into June 8th.
Go to inside the trip:

And edit the delivery times manually:

Once it is done, now delivery actual times has been changed to June 8th, Accounting team can add this load inside the June 8th Salary Batch:
