To charge lumper fee for the load, please go inside the load and select "Add New Detention fee" button:

Select the amount to charge the broker/customer and driver's pay accordingly ( Full amount or by Payment tariff):

If the amount agreed with the driver is different than broker detention fee charged, please override it:

After that, accessorial charge is added to the broker:
