Create Load (manual entry)
To begin with the manual entry option, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Select the customer or brokerage company
Select the customer or brokerage company from the list that you received the load from. You can easily navigate through the list of customers or brokerage companies using the search bar or scroll down the list.
This step is crucial as it helps in accurately tracking the load and ensures that the load is assigned to the appropriate customer or brokerage company. Once the customer or brokerage company is selected, you can proceed with entering the relevant information such as pick-up and delivery details, stop positions, company names, and timing information.

In case the customer or brokerage company is not on the list, you can easily create a new customer by following the below steps:
Step 1: Click on the button located on the upper right corner of the screen to create a new customer.
Step 2: Enter all the necessary information such as their name, MC number, email, address, and any other relevant details.
Step 3: Press the "Create" button to create the new customer.
By following these steps, you can add a new customer to the list and assign the load to them. This feature ensures that all the relevant information is accurately entered into the system and helps in efficient tracking of the load.

Step 2. Fill out all the required fields
Select the appropriate option based on the pick-up and delivery requirements of your load. If your load consists of a single pick-up and delivery, you can select the Point-to-Point option. However, if your load requires multiple pick-ups and deliveries, select the Multi-stop option.
If you select the Point-to-Point option, enter the relevant pick-up and delivery details and any other required information. This includes the company name, timing information, and any other necessary details.
If you select the Multi-stop option, you will need to enter the stops, pick-up and delivery details, company names, and timing information for each stop. This will ensure that the load is accurately tracked and efficiently managed.
If the company name does not exist, you can use the integrated Google search to create a new one and save it. This feature allows you to quickly and easily add new companies to the system, ensuring that all the relevant information is accurately entered.
Fill out all the required fields and submit.

After that the load status will change to the booked.

Step 3. Dispatch to Driver
Click to the create trip button, you need to select your available driver and assign the trip to the driver. If your driver is not available, the system will not approve your trip. Once your driver is free to go to pick-up, you can enter the pick-up timings, and the driver/load will appear in the transit stage.


Step 4. Check in
Once driver is ready to pickup go to your trip and check in and load status will change to In-Transit.

Step 5. Deliver the load
Finally, once the load is delivered, you can upload the BOL and POD, and the system will automatically update the load status to delivered.

Step 6. Create invoice
After load is delivered you need to create an invoice by clicking create invoice button in the top and load status will be changed to Invoiced.

This is the last step for dispatcher in load management, after that accounting team will work on the payment for the load, the invoice is sent to factoring company and once the payment is received the status of the load will change to Paid.
