Truck Unit Profile: To access information regarding truck units, tasks, work orders, details, finances, attachments, and documents, follow these steps:

Create a truck unit from the fleet management system.

Input all essential information related to the truck unit, including make, model, unit number, plate number, VIN (Vehicle Identification Number), registered state, registration details, and its expiry date. Assign the driver and record the mileage at pick-up.

Include information about its ownership type, whether it's an owner-operator, company asset, third party, leased, or rented, etc.

Enter financial information, including the purchase date, value, price, depreciation amount, and insurance data.

If applicable, upload the vendor contract.

Add any relevant expenses.

For load-based truck purchases, enter all necessary data in the loan finance section.
Under Attachments, you will find essential documents, such as certificates, permits, applications, agreements, insurance policies, inspection reports, and registration documents. Please ensure you upload all the necessary documents.

In the Tasks section, you can schedule technical, mechanical, and document-related tasks for a specific truck unit. You may also create a work order for a particular truck unit profile.

In the Assets section, include any additional assets attached to the truck, such as electrical devices, telematics equipment, refrigerators, microwaves, etc. This will provide a comprehensive information hub within the truck unit profile, ensuring all relevant data is easily accessible in one place.
