If the driver left the trucking company or the contract has been terminated, it is vital to make the driver profile inactive. To do so, there are two ways of making drivers inactive.

a) via Driver profile

b) via Bulk actions

A) To make driver inactive via driver profile please do the following actions

First, go to the HR and find the relevant driver, In our case Ivan Glushko:

Inside driver profile, find Employment Status and make it Terminated:

Once submitted, it will ask a note and then submit.

It will then be unavailable and be shown in the tab of terminated drivers:
