There might be situations when the driver needs to be charged for big amount,, say $3,000 for the damage or deductibles. In those situations, you need go to the accounting part of the driver and charge $3,000 for Open items as it denotes driver charges:

Add new $3,000 charge:

After that Open items will show that there is $3,000 Balance in the driver statements:

Now, click the button add and navigate to Make recurring transaction:

Write down details of the recurring transaction:

Once submitted and next statement is created, this charge will be shown in the statement:

and in pdf statement:

and the balance of the Open items will be decreased for 500 usd:
