Sometimes, you need an MC number of the broker/shipper or customer. In that case, you need to add MC number to the profile of the customer. To do that, please navigate to the customer management sidebar and find the customer:

Edit the customer information and find Customer ID section:

Add the number and press save. This number will appear in the load information, invoice section and can be sent to factoring company.
