Load Cancellation: You can cancel a load or trip until your driver reaches the delivered stage.
Step 1: Click on the three dots located on the right upper corner of the screen.
Step 2: Click on the "Cancel Load" button to confirm the cancellation.
Load can only be cancelled before delivery status. If load is delivered and you want to cancel the load, simply click on Undo to return the status to In-Transit or so.
Note: If it's in an Invoice Batch or Salary Batch you must delete the batch first, then click "Undo" to cancel the load.
