Our load management system is designed to provide a seamless and efficient experience for our users, and we strive to continuously improve our features to enhance the process of load creation.
Create salary batch for driver settlements
Step 1. Create new batch
First, go to the accounting section of the Datatruck software. Then, click on the "salary" button, and select "create new batch.”

Step 2. Choose driver settlements
Once you see the new screen, you need to choose who you want to create the statement for. You can select either the driver statement or other employees such as dispatchers. For this example, let's choose the driver statement.
Step 3. Select MC number and drivers
Next, choose the MC number under which the driver worked, and enter the date for the time period you want to include. You will see all the available load numbers with driver names as payees who completed the trips during this time period. You can then select one or multiple drivers to create the batch and press "Add Trips".

Batch is created with ID in the system. By clicking double on Batch ID, you will be provided with all the necessary information related to the trips and drivers, such as payment amount, advances, expenses, deductions, and net pay based on the time period. If you want to make changes, you can go back, undo, or even add settlements.

Now, you have the option to download the statement as a PDF file for further editing or send it directly to the driver for review. To send the statement file, you have several options based on your operational process. You can send it via email, mobile app, or telegram messenger app.
Please note that if you choose to send it via telegram, you should ensure that the driver has set up and checked their telegram account in the driver profile in the HR system of Datatruck. To check it, look for the telegram number of your driver.
Once you have chosen the method of communication, hit the "Send to driver" button. If you choose email, the file will be sent from no-reply@datatruck.io, and if you use the Datatruck app or telegram bot, the file will appear automatically. If you choose the telegram app, the driver just needs to hit the start button from their mobile device telegram app, and the statement will be available for review.

Step 4. Post batch
Once everything is correct, hit the "Post" button in the right lower corner to move to the next step. You will then see the posted loads on your accounting screen.
