FILTERING LOAD INFORMATION

Datatruck TMS created easy to use user interface for navigating through load and other data points. To filter some relevant information, there are two options to filter data.

First, go the column of the data and select filter arrow in the column name and type what information is filtered such as load ID.

Once filtered the following result will appear:

Second options is to hover over Filter button at the top left corner and press it, choose prepared filters and save the filter.

A number of filters can be saved with advanced filtering options.

Once saved the filter will show the result and it aggregates load pay and total miles at the right bottom of the screen.

SAVE VIEW

Filtered view can be saved in the platform as a different view and it dynamically changes based on filter and load data. For example, if chosen only today's dispatched loads by certain drivers, it will change the information daily. To save the view, please click on save view button:

Name the filtered view to save and find it later:

The view will appear at the top of the load management

SORTING LOAD INFORMATION

Sorting can be dong by pressing the sort pictogram at the top of the column name.

Sorting can be done by ascending or descending order

Pressing it three times returns the values back to its place.

CHANGE COLUMNS

Users can also change the view of the load management based on their needs. To do so, please press "Columns button"

Once it is open choose which columns to see and which columns to hide from the view

Once chosen, users can navigate through columns to fit their customized view. They can drag the column to the left or to the right.
