Sometimes drivers may have other pay that needs to be paid to them only this week. It is called "one time charge". There are 2 ways to add them in the One-time charges in the accounting and Driver information in HR section. One of these ways is through Accounting and it goes in the following steps:
1. Go to Salary tab in the Accounting section and select One-time charges sub-tab:

2. Click on Create new button and enter driver's name, type of charge, its amount and quantity adding notes if needed:
The second option is creating it in the Driver info in HR section.
1. Go to the Accounting tab in the HR Section and click on "+Add One Time charges" button:

2. Choose Other pay in the list:

3. Enter charge details and save it:

Note that One-time charges can be added in the next payroll unless you delete it from the driver statement.
