What happens if you cannot turn on location service in mobile app?

When you install Datatruck mobile app and login, the app asks you permission to track location and please press “Allow while using the app” and “Allow to send Notifications”:

In some situations and somehow, if you forget to do so, you might not be able to turn on locations:

In those situations, please go to your Settings page and Search Locations or Go to Privacy & Security and press Location Services:

Go inside the locations, Make sure overall location services are on and find Datatruck Mobile app:

If you navigate there, you will see it says "Never":

Please choose always or while using the app:

Then you will be able to enable location sharing:
