Datatruck allows Admin users to make other user an Admin in the settings in the following flow:

1. Go to Settings section and choose "Users Management":

2. Choose "All Users" button in the left upper corner:

3. Click on the Pencil under column "Role" and select the Admin in the drop down:

Now the user will have all permissions as an Admin.
