Datatruck allows Admin users to make other another user an Admin in the Settings in the following flow:

1. Go to Settings section and choose "Users Management" and select "All Users"

2. Click on the Pen/Edit button under column "Role" and select the Admin in the drop down and click Save
​

Now the user will have all permissions as an Admin.
