To establish a new payment tariff and configure separate payment rates for loaded and empty miles, please follow these instructions:

1. Begin by accessing the driver profile section.

2. Within the driver profile section, clear any existing tariff settings and click on the dropdown icon.

3. Select the "Add New Tariff" button to create a new tariff.
   ​

   

    

4. In the driver tariff window, provide a name for the tariff, such as "Dollar Amount per Mile."

5. Next, choose the "Payment Tariff" option and select "Per Mile."

6. Enter the payment amount per mile, and importantly, if you pay differently for empty miles, input the specific amount for empty miles driven.

7. Click on Default button so it is applied actively and save the newly configured tariff.

8. Once saved, return to the payment tariff section and select the tariff you just created, then click the "Submit Information" button.

9. To apply this newly set tariff for delivered loads, navigate to the "Delivered" Load trip in the load management section. Go to the trip info and click on "Miles" and "Empty Miles." The system will automatically recalculate the driver's pay.
