You can create Safety & Compliance deductions from drivers via Safety Tasks. To do so please create a safety task either from Safety sidebar or from driver profile safety tab:

When users fill out necessary information, they should fill out amount section to be charged from safety and choose compensation type either billable if it is to be deducted from driver or reimbursable if it is to be giving back:

Once it is created, there appears "Approve" button:

When everything is audited and documents are checked, Approve button to be pressed and note to be written:

Safety task will be approved:

And driver balance will show extra $200 violation in the Open items balance or Reimbursement balance depending on the compensation nature:
