How to upload multiple documents in the load

Datatruck platform allows multiple documents uploading. At first, the load can have the following documents:

  1. Rate confirmation

  2. BOL - Bill of Lading

  3. POD - Proof of Delivery

  4. Other document

  5. Invoice - System generated, not uploaded

To upload multiple documents, please press upload documents button and choose the document you want to upload:

An then upload pop up window appear and once the right document is selected, the document would be uploaded and 2x sign will appear in the uploaded document.

Below is the example when 2nd Proof of Delivery is uploaded:

These documents can be viewed separately when pressed on top of document:

They can be edited, deleted or reuploaded in this pop-up window as well.

 

Also, documents can be uploaded in this pop-up window again:

For example, if the lumper or scale document is to be uploaded for accounting purposes, we suggest to upload in POD document type as this document will be sent as merged file to factor company.

Once uploaded we can notice that 3 multiple documents were uploaded in the attachments:

Also, these documents can be separately downloaded when opened view button or can be merge downloaded.

When pressed merge download, one merged document can be downloaded for the load and when it is bulk downloaded, all documents can be separately downloaded in a zip file like this below:
