Our TMS provides another fast way of reading and uploading rate confirmation by using our Chrome Extension in Load Management. To create new load using this tool you should:
1. Install DataTruck Extension:

• Visit the browser extension store and search for DataTruck.

• Install the DataTruck extension compatible with your browser.

  2. Set Up DataTruck Extension:

• Open the extension and navigate to the settings.

• Enter your DataTruck profile credentials in the designated fields.

3. Upload Rate confirmation on Email:

• Go to the Rate Confirmation on Email which needs to be uploaded.

• Select and Click on Extension icon on RC, it will automatically read and process the PDF file. Here, please check the previewed data to make sure all information about load is correctly written.

  
  4. Send it to Datatruck system:
  ​

• In the lower right corner, select "Send to Datatruck".

• Add Customer and MC Number accordingly and you will see a newly created load by Extension in Load management.
