When a truck has broken down or requires unexpected repairs that take it out of service, it is vital to make the truck inactive. To do so, there are two ways of making trucks inactive.

a) via Truck profile

b) via Bulk actions

A) To make truck inactive via truck profile please do the following actions

First, go to the Fleet management and find the relevant truck and change the status to inactive and click Save button:

B) To make truck inactive via bulk actions please do the following actions

First, go to the Fleet management and select the relevant trucks that you want to make inactive, then from bulk actions select truck status and from there select inactive status and click Save button.
