The Data Truck allows you to customize your reports in a way you want them to look.

In this article we will see how we can customize the “Driver Statement” report..

Customization of “Driver Statement” report

In the “Load Management” interface click on the “Settings” button in the navigation sidebar

In the “Settings” interface click on the “Reports Customization”.

By default in the app would display “Driver Statement” taab and from here you may choose how to customize your “Driver Statement” reports

In the “Default Configurations” section click on the “Type” field so you can choose the main “Theme” of the “Driver Statements” report

Each type has its own theme, for example the “Type 3” Driver Statement looks different that “Type 11”

You can manage the information your “Driver Statement” reports should contain, In the

“Elements Default configuration” section you may choose to include or exclude th

following data: “Show Total Miles”, “Show Datatruck logo on the footer”

Also in this section you can choose to show “Trip ID” or “Load Number” in the “Earnings

Table ID”,

“Both Dates” or “Pick Up Date” or “Delivery Date”

User can choose weather to sort or

leave unsorted “Deductions” and “Other Pay” by amount

Also choose the naming pattern of documents that would be downloaded

In the “Balances” section a user can specify what type of “Driver Balances” the “Driver

Statement” report should contain.

You may also want to clear this field so the “Driver Statement” report would not contain

any “Driver Balacnes” item, just click on the red “x” button on the right side of the input

filed

In the “Settlement Elements” section a user can check or uncheck elements, then the “Driver Statement” report would not show unchecked elements and would show checked elements

NOTE: CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS ARE DIFFERENT FOR EACH REPORT TYPE

ALSO THERE ARE SOME REPORTS TYPES DOESN’T ALLOW A USER TO

CHOOSE THE “Settlement Elements”.

After the user is done with customization he shold click on the “Save” button on the right top corner:

The changes would be applied and from now on all “Driver Statement” reports structure

would be the same as in the saved type.

Saved customizable types can be modified.

User can change the type of “Driver Statement” report any time
