Step 1: Obtain Your Credentials:

• Kindly contact your Apex representative via email to request your SFTP and API credentials.

• These credentials will include details such as Host, Username, and Password.
  Note: If you have two MC numbers you must ask Apex rep the SFTP credentials for both of the MC numbers to get integrated with Datatruck.

We are setting up a new TMS system, Datatruck. Please provide the FTP credentials to enable integration, especially:

• Host
• Username 
• Password

Step 2: Log In to the DataTruck App:

• Please access the DataTruck desktop application at https://app.datatruck.io.

• Now, kindly navigate to the Settings tab in the left-hand navigation bar.
  
  

  

Step 3: Access the Integrations Section

• Under the Apps section, please select Integrations and click on Create. 
                                     
  In the Factoring section, kindly input the required details provided by your Apex representative.  

• Factoring Company: Apex
• User Name: Provided by Apex
• Password: Provided by Apex 
• Remit notice: Enter the full name of the factoring company 
  
• MC number: Select relevant MC   
  
  

Step 4: Enable Factoring:

• Once all relevant details have been entered, please click Save on the bottom right to activate factoring integration with Apex.
